Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We verify your date of birth at sign-up and will remove any account we believe belongs to a minor.

You must provide a real email address and use your own identity. One person, one account. You may not create an account if you have previously been banned.

Creating an account, building a profile, and browsing other members is free. Sending a connection request, accepting one, and messaging require an active membership.

Membership costs ₦1,000 per month, charged through Paystack. Payment grants access for 30 days from the date it is confirmed. If you renew before your current period ends, the new period is added to the time you have left.

Membership does not renew automatically — you will not be charged again unless you choose to pay. We will email you before your access ends, unless you have turned those emails off.

Because membership unlocks access immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong — you were charged twice, or you paid and did not receive access — contact us and we will make it right.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your age.
• Post nude, sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content.
• Solicit money, run scams, or advertise.
• Share another member's private information or photos.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated access.

You can block or report any member at any time, and those tools are free for everyone — they are never behind the paywall.

Your photos and profile text remain yours. By posting them you give us permission to display them to other members as part of running the service. We do not sell your content or use it in advertising.

We may remove content that breaks these terms, and we may suspend or close accounts that repeatedly do so.

We are an introduction service. We do not run criminal background checks and we cannot guarantee anyone is who they claim to be. You are responsible for your own safety.

You can stop using Linkup Match at any time and request deletion of your account and data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and in serious cases we may do so without notice.

We provide the service “as is”. We work hard to keep it running and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the conduct of other members, whether online or in person. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you. Continuing to use Linkup Match after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
